Política de reembolso
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it, with your order number and proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at soulsent.co@gmail.com please don't send anything back before reaching out. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions. Items returned without an approved request won't be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us right away at soulsent.co@gmail.com so we can make it right.
What can't be returned
Custom or made-to-order items, personal care products, and sculpted or made-to-order candles are final sale unless they arrive damaged, in which case we'll need photo proof. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The same condition requirements above apply.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days your bank may take a little longer to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, email us at soulsent.co@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
