WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All in-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days, plus transit time. Domestic orders (contiguous U.S.) ship via USPS Priority Mail. We also ship internationally via UPS international rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
FREE SHIPPING
Domestic orders of $50 or more ship free via USPS/UPS. Discount codes are applied before this threshold is calculated, so a code that brings your subtotal below $50 may affect your shipping cost. This offer applies to domestic orders only.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Once a package is in USPS or UPS's hands, it's out of ours too we're not able to replace orders lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. If this happens to you, please file a claim directly with the carrier, and let us know if we can help point you in the right direction.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally via UPS. Any applicable customs duties and taxes are calculated and included in your order total at checkout there are no surprise fees collected on delivery. Delivery times for international orders vary and may be affected by customs processing outside of our control.
WILL MY CANDLE BE OKAY IN THE HEAT?
Our candles are made from natural coconut soy wax, which holds up well in transit but will soften or melt if left in high heat for too long. If you're ordering during warmer months, keep an eye on your tracking and bring your package into a climate-controlled space as soon as it arrives.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Email us at soulsent.co@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days to make it right.
